The location of the India Hotel is perfectly placed in the center of Mall Road and walking distance to nearby restaurants and boating places. The food and services were excellent Staff was polite and courteous The room has a view of lake and spacious balcony in front of the room. One thing to upgrade the interior of the Room and beddings were not comfortable to sleep. Overall nice experience and will recommend the hotel to others due to its location advantage and spacious rooms

The rates given by make my 訂房網站 was 30 percent higher than the hotel tariff card and even they were further offering discounts. In two day 訂房網站 U paid Rs 7000/- more to make my 訂房網站. No body wash was available in the room. Towels were dirty had to replace. Rooms were of old construction. No heating arrangements even it was 12 degree temperature at Nainital on that day. Over all I felt cheated to get it booked through make my 訂房網站

the toiletries and the interiors needs improvement. the location is fantastic but the interiors , housekeeping, room service is lacking

The people serving the hotel are not professional. Very poor room service and above all the landline extension is dead in the night put it operational at 7 in morning. So in case of emergency you need to run to reception and there too no one will attend you immediately.

rooms and stuffs in room is very old and poorly maintained , it looks like you have entered a bunglow that was deserted from 30-40 years. they don't provide mineral water, glasses were dirty.. would not opt for this hotel or recommend anyone visiting nainital

Property location is great. It is just in front of naini lake. But rooms are not good. Bed mattresses, blankets are old and outdated. Almirah is not usable. Hot water is not available all time. It comes only for certain time. Owner / top managers are good but other staff's behaviour is rude. This property needs overall renovation. At present it is overvalued.
